Axis Electric installed 2 smart switches for my outside lights. I was in no hurry but Brook was able to schedule me in a couple of days. Juan come out 30 minutes early and did an excellent job, even answering a few novice questions I had and explaining exactly what he was doing. Both Juan and Brook were very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend Juan and Brook and Axis Electric.

Five stars is not enough! We hired Axis to reconfigure our bathroom lighting over the vanity (going from one light bar to two separate fixtures). The electricians (Jamison and Hector) arrived half an hour early and went straight to work. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional and efficient. They worked so well together to get the job done quickly. We expected the job to take several hours but they were in and out in a little over 1.5 hours! The entire experience was great … from scheduling the appointment with Brooke to meeting Jamison and Hector! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Axis Electric! We will be using them again without hesitation!

Moved into a new house and the outlet for the dryer was not intended for a dryer, but rather a range. Called Axis electric and scheduled an appointment 2 weeks out. Received a call two days later asking if someone could come out earlier because they were done with another job early! They were quick, responsive, friendly, and the job was done well! We're thrilled with the service and we appreciate the fast response and professionalism!

I scheduled and paid for an estimate during a home purchase. Estimate cost associated with them not knowing if they would get the job upon home purchase. I agreed as their was time that week to go out to the property. I was satisfied with the estimate and explanation. I called 2 weeks later to schedule the work. The person answering the phone hesitated to schedule with the current estimate date (2 weeks prior) but eventually agreed. She then told me i had to print the estimate and sign it and mail them a check before getting scheduled. I was offered and email signature option as i didn’t have a printer. She was unable to take any other forms of payment and did not offer me to come into the shop to do the paperwork and complete the transaction. Huge barriers offered in order to even get on
