We needed portable A/C for a tented wedding at our venue and Michael was our hero through and through! Our first attempt wasn't working as we hoped, so Michael worked after hours to get the equipment we needed and was even out here on his day off making it successful. We weren't just another client or a number to him. His commitment to understanding our needs, following through (more than we even thought possible), and providing exceptional customer service blew us away.
