I called Ayres Conditioning at 8 am on Saturday, and Sean arrived before 9 to make repairs on our AC system. He was done by 10 am. And not only did he not try to tell us that we needed a whole new system, he said the one we had was worth running as long as we could. Along these lines, I asked him to set up an annual service contract for us. I can't give a higher review than to say we'd like to continue doing business with this company.

After being in the new house for only a year and a half, the A/C began to not cool properly. Initially, I was working with another company that couldn't provide any explanation for the problems that I was experiencing and was only interested in selling me a complete new system. Luckily I found Ayres Air, Sean took the time to explain what the problems were and my options as well. This is the most honest company we have dealt with. My husband being a licensed home inspector, he has a lot more knowledge of HVAC units than the average home owner.
