Any issues or questions were always answered promptly. The crews cleaned up each day and kept a tidy work area. We are Canadians snowbirds in Florida. We had water damage in our condo and did not personally know a general contractor. Our research through Internet lead us to AZ Contracting in Fort Lauderdale, after interviewing 3 other GC’s. AZ Contracting answered our request promptly and told us the owner would be coming to our place himself. Amit is a pleasant man and we felt confident when we met him. We had a leak behind our kitchen cabinets during a time when both cabinets and building supplies were very difficult to get. AZ Contracting & Restoration did a fantastic job helping us navigate through this difficult time. The advice was professional and honest. Our questions and concerns were answered each time we inquired about the progress of the project. The workers sent to our home were both expert and friendly. They were able to lift our counter tops without breaking and put them back on with precision. Will I use them again for future projects? The answer is definitely. Only this time I hope it is for remodeling and not restoration!!
