AZ Valley Plumbing was originally hired to complete the full plumbing scope on a new build, including rough-in work and installing all finish fixtures. In the beginning, their work appeared to be solid. However, a few years later, the current homeowner discovered that the tankless hot water heaters were installed incorrectly and not in accordance with manufacturer specifications or installation guidelines. Despite being notified of the issue, AZ Valley Plumbing has been completely unresponsive. They have not taken responsibility or made any effort to correct their mistakes. Their lack of communication and unwillingness to address a clear installation error is extremely disappointing.
