In late November this year, I had an outstanding experience with AZP Services and cannot recommend them enough. Even though they are based in the Valley, they traveled nearly two hours to Payson just to help me during an emergency situation, which speaks volumes about their dedication and customer service. From the moment I contacted them, they were professional, responsive, and incredibly reliable. Their team arrived on time, wore protective booties to keep my carpets clean, and treated my home with respect throughout the entire process. I had AZP do two bathroom remodels, new construction of back patio connecting to the home, and a general rejuvenation of my overall home. The work was top notch, timely, and of the highest quality. The quality of work was amazing, and that was only second to the knowledge that the foreman showed in walk through and pre-planning. So glad we called AZP when my hot water heater went out just before Thanksgiving. They helped immediately over the phone to minimize the water leak damage and got us on the schedule quickly! Upon arrival they were in the 2 hour time frame they gave over the phone ( which is half the challenge when your life is busy). The technician was professional, he came with the right materials, but most impressive was his cleanliness. When its time to remodel they will definitely get our call. I am a GC Project Manager and use AZP on every project I can. Their price, quality of work, attention to deal and attention to schedule is on point. When I have problems, and they are not my sub contractor, Jarad will personally come out and address anything I need. I built an Aubergine kitchen in Mesa, AZ and both my Plumbing and electrical sub couldn't handle certain tasks, Jarad was out same day I called and his crew addressed and fixed the issues within 2 days. There have been multiple times where this has happened over the last 3+ years I have used them. Highly recommend AZP for both contract and service work. I am very excited to see them grow into a General Contracting company and expand into the GC market.
