We worked with Sebastian and his team at Aztek to finish our detached garage into a year-round studio space. They insulated and finished the ceiling while preserving the exposed 100+ year old joists, installed a mini split, insulated the original garage doors (which still function perfectly), and painted the entire space including the floors. Sebastian was communicative, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about getting every detail right. His team went above and beyond, working through the holidays and even showing up on Christmas Eve. We’re thrilled with how everything turned out and would absolutely recommend them!!!!

Their workmanship is excellent. The Bathroom project was completed on time. The work area was always clean and the final results look amazing. Carlos did a superb job cleaning the gutters by making sure all the leaves and vines were trimmed neatly in my front and back yards, he also fixed the ceiling fan and it’s spinning perfectly! Sergio always makes sure my water is running properly and hot, he also assisted Anna with installing the Dish washer in which is running good. Rafael changed my water heater thermostats and l must say the water is nice and hot! Oliver made sure the ice maker and the dryer was working properly l. Overall Aztek maintenance is the best!! Anytime l call them, there at my property the very next day if not the same. They come on time, do their job, make sure all my appliances are working properly before they leave and they’re out!
