I had an AC issue the day before Thanksgiving but Ramon was able to come the night before and get me up and running again. He was incredibly professional and personable. He let me know I desperately needed the UV light installed in my system. We went ahead and scheduled everything for a Friday install. My technician, Alex, came out earlier than expected (not complaining at all) and got everything cleaned and installed in no time. Professional and efficient. Both guys were amazing. A big thank you to both Ramon and Alex.

We just purchased a new Central A/C unit from Aztil. The sales rep Paul G. was outstanding, honest and professional. He was very easy to work with. I had Alex and Skyler from Aztil out for an air duct cleaning today, and they did a fantastic job. They were professional, efficient, and finished the work fairly quickly. Beyond the cleaning, I was especially impressed with their troubleshooting. We had an inspection the previous day (a different tech) where the AC breaker was accidentally left off. When I mentioned the AC wasn't acting right, Alex didn't hesitate to look into it and identified the issue immediately. Truly appreciate the extra effort and the great service!

Michael is fabulous. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately. A very respectful, courteous person you’ll be lucky to have him service your air-conditioning. I would not hesitate to use this company because of him.
