Im in the OKC western Oklahoma area, I was calling gravely dealers state wide to figure out if a older model bagger would fit my new mower. It seemed like all the dealers developed the attitude of if your not buying it new from us then we arent going to help. Infact some even told me that they knew it wasnt going to work, as if to shy me away from even trying, I explained with all of them that I didnt have the $2000 dollar plus to buy a new one. I did not get that attitude with Miguel at B&A. Infact I got the attitude of im not for sure, but lets figure it out. He spent quite a bit of time with me on the phone, off and on. I finally decided which ride on sprayer I wanted for my weed control and fertilization business. The purchasing part was easy, because BA Lawn & Garden was the ONLY dealer, in my area, with a Toro LTS in stock! Owner was friendly and easy to work with... it felt like I was in and out! Definitely would recommend and looking forward to future business!

Bought a zero turn from them. Worked with Johnny. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, but what I appreciated most was he didn't pressure me into buying. He gave me the information and let me decide for my own. Their financing option was really reasonable and super quick to sign up for. The best part was I didn't have a trailer for the mowers, but wanted it the same day. They let me borrow one of their small trailers to run it to my house! I've never known any other company to be that helpful and relaxed. Definitely a 10/10 experience.

Bought a gravely 52" from Johnny Walker today. From seeing the online ad, to him helping load the equipment, it was fast, smooth, and exactly as advertised. I even bought a push mower to go with it. Will definitely do business with BA lawn again
