Bill finished our 1200 square foot basement. He was very pleasant to work with and made sure the job was completed to the highest quality. He was great at staying in touch with me by text as we were scheduling each part of the project. The quality of work is outstanding. We are especially happy with how the bathroom came out. His tile guy is amazing. We were also very impressed with his crew that plastered the walls. His workers were also very good to clean up every time they left so we weren't left with a mess in between each stage. We highly recommend Bill and we will definitely use him in the future.

Engaged in a significant home project since last year, which includes adding a sunroom, a bedroom, and expanding the master bedroom. Bill and his team have demonstrated exceptional dedication and professionalism throughout the process. As we near the completion stage and finishing touches, I'm impressed by their consistent reliability, responsiveness, and transparency. Maybe not the fastest, but work completed with best quality. B & B Affordable Renovations was contracted to build a 2475 square foot addition, that included a four car garage, with attached storage room, 2 oversized bedrooms, bathroom, laundry room and the installation of a residential elevator. They did a beautiful job, and went the extra mile to perfectly match the custom decorative trim on the inside and outside of our home. We found Bill to be a man of his word. He was very responsive, timely and fair. His crew worked every day, even during the winter months, and their workmanship and attention to detail is very noticeable. The project was very involved and when unexpected issues arose, Bill was very willing to take the time to offer suggestions and collaborate on the best solutions. Overall a great experience.
