There carpet is fine. The insulation they did was horrible spend your money elsewhere they had come back 2x still looks horrible the carpet is only 6 years old and looks worse that the 30 year old stuff that was taken out! I would never use their services again price is the same as other but the install team is in extremely poor. I wish I could have my old carpet back I’m out the money and stuff with this mess!

We liked the quality of the carpet and the guy who installed it was nice, however we had about 25 scratches in our wall which I had to then repaint. I was told that most customers know that their walls will get scuffed up when they get carpet put in….. so here’s a heads up that it’ll likely happen to you too
