I 100% recommend!! I had to get permission through my landlord and they sent Jimmy and Ryan. They were super super helpful in figuring out what the issue was. The issue was my upstairs neighbor has been pouring grease down his sink in his upstairs apartment down to mine (downstairs). Which led to since we’re on one pipe my sink overflowing in my kitchen. They took a snake thing and they even fixed my shower drain while they were at it. They were super quick in fixing the problem. Both guys even took there time to explain how it happened and what to do incase it happened again. I seriously couldn’t recommend them enough to anyone having any plumbing issues.

We had a serious septic back up and B&B wanted to help us within the same-day, so they called up to their second tech, Dominic, and he was available. We called at 8am and he was here by 10am. He was quick and professional. In an hour everything was clear and running exactly as it should. We had a broken cap and he even took care of that without issue. B&B and Dom were beyond wonderful and priced very reasonable. A BIG thank you to Dom and B&B!

Saved me when 💩 was hitting the fan! Really old commercial building, with a very clogged main. Bob & Dominick were able to get the issue resolved for me! He was quick on his feet when he realized we couldn’t just jet through the clog, that we needed to call in septic. It could’ve turned into a huge mess quickly, had he not been so fast acting. Very easy going, upfront, kind, and helpful. 10/10 recommend.

Jimmy and Russ came out to perform a jetting service after we were unable to see past the first 10 feet of the sewer line. B&B Drain was quick to get us scheduled, and the crew worked efficiently. Their pricing was fair, and they were extremely friendly and professional. I also appreciated that they took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process to me. I would definitely use them again for any future jetting services.

Great experience! The tech, Bob, was very professional and obviously very knowledgeable. He happily answered all my questions and even gave me a history lessons on pipes. : )
