I would give them NO stars if I could. They installed a well pump in our house 8 months ago. The pump blew (pumps should last years) and when we called them they told us we would have to wait a week and pay them $175/hour to come out and fix it! Pay them to fix something they installed 8 months ago and burned out already! When we asked how could that be when you installed a BAD pump they said it didn’t matter it’s still a service charge. That’s disgraceful! Shame on them! So dishonest, completely unprofessional and shady! How you could charge someone for something you did wrong is disgusting.
