I was absolutely flabbergasted by how quickly I was given an appointment, I thought it would take a while for somebody to come see us for some outlets that were not working in my new home. But Irv and Jason took care of the problem immediately, I was seen within an hour. They were both so friendly and also helped me take care of the heating element on my stove even though that's not in their jurisdiction. Jason also explained to me what was going on with our electrical issues and my stove like a human being instead of like a child which I really appreciated, he's a really great service tech. While I don't hope to, if we have any electrical issues in the future we will definitely be reaching out to them.

Drivers get to drive crazy without termination. One cut me off while he was texting and driving. What a joke of a company

Was traveling down 12 outside of Menomonie when I happened to come across work truck with foam blowing out of it. You would think you would tell your workers to throw away their garbage or secure it in their truck a little bit better so it doesn't scatter all over the road

After the storm took out my main on the side of the house, they came out and had it fixed incredibly fast. They were not only efficient but also some of the nicest guys I’ve ever met. Truly impressed with their service!

Had fuse box updated to breakers and new main power cable put in. They did a great job and explained everything that needed to be done
