Over Thanksgiving 2023, when the house was full of people our septic system started to backup into our bathroom. We called in Rotter Rooter and they discovered that the septic pipe leading from our house to the tank was cracked and had roots growing through it close to the house and was sagging closer to the tank (we paid for a camera scope to be used). We received three quotes for the repairs. B &B was in the middle, did not have any caveats about potentially cracking our tank (equipement had to sit on the tank area due to yard configuration), didn't say we were responsible for repairing or replacing our shrubs (they were potentially in the way) and had the best overall reviews. I was recommended to connect with B & B by my realtor. Our system failed prior to closing on the sale of our house so we needed a quote and a quick, accurate job completion. I was able to connect with Meghan at B & B and she handled everything efficiently and quickly. She returned my calls in a timely manner with all the information I requested. I hired B&B to pump my septic at my home on Cape in March of 2024. They unfortunately punctured my irrigation lines in the process, which now need to be repaired. We called and reported this, hoping someone would come out and fix the damage they caused. However, we were offered no help and instead were simply told they weren't responsible for private lines on the property. We were never told this ahead of time, nor did we sign or discuss any waiver of liability while B&B was on my property. The customer service we received was very disappointing. We didn't even get an apology, let alone any type of account credit. We certainly will not be using them again.

I recently assisted my neighbor in replacing her septic system through the aquifund, and I must say, B&B exceeded all expectations. They demonstrated a deep understanding and consideration for my neighbor's communication preferences, kept us well-informed throughout the process, and went the extra mile to ensure her comfort during what can be a daunting experience. The operators and workers were exceptionally kind, patiently explaining every detail. Special recognition goes to Marci and Meghan from the office for their invaluable help and kindness. This process was painless and fast paced. I cannot begin to express what an outstanding job they’ve done. I highly recommend B&B for any future septic or excavation needs.
