B&B heating did a great job and really came through for us within less than a day and getting a new heater as we had no heat and it was freezing. They came out on New Year’s Eve and installed the new one. They could’ve waited till after the holidays but really took care of us. Thank you so much B&B heating

Was loyal to this company for service. Really liked and trusted the gentleman who serviced our system for almost 10 years. When replacing double unit HVAC a couple years ago, stayed loyal even though they weren’t the cheapest quote. They left my house dirty, didn’t move things back into place and the installation of my outside unit is not the workmanship I’d have hoped for what we paid. When I called to voice my disappointment it was not well received. And then apparently they decided to fire me as a customer and not continue with my service any longer. A really interesting approach for a small, local business. Plenty of other options out there.

Tony came right out on a Sunday and had the part for us the following day installed. He was friendly and professional. This is the same company that installed our heater when the house was built and we always call them. if there's ever a problem. highly recommend them.

We have used B & B for every house we have owned over the past 20+ years. They are prompt, professional, trustworthy and someone we will continue to use.
