This review is from Lisa Hutchens. Justin just finished the maintenance on my 2 heating systems. He did a thorough job and explained to me what he did. He explained they now have a maintenance agreement that saves money. The agreement includes my future maintenance on my 2 air conditioners later this spring. I used B&B when I needed to replace my 2 air conditioners about 3 years ago. Great price and seamless installation. I called them this morning and he arrived by noon. I highly recommend Justin and B&B.

Justin is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through everything he was doing while troubleshooting — explaining both the good and the bad in a way that was easy to understand and never pushy. He gave honest, thoughtful recommendations and made sure I felt confident about the work being done and my options moving forward. On top of all that, B&B typically doesn’t service my area, but Justin still came out anyway and maintained a genuinely positive, friendly attitude the entire time. Austin was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and adept at his work. As an added bonus, he also was very friendly and gracious. Hope we see him again for future tune ups or service calls. Five stars all around!

Jack was very informative on what he was here to do with our clean and check of the furnace and its overall performance. He was also very knowledgeable when explaining to us possible preventative fixes for common problems that can occur. Would highly recommend him and B&B. We have been using B&B for 14 years now I think.
