B & B Heating Oil

I've used B & B for oil delivery for at least 25 years. Never had an issue, delivery usually the next day. They even delivered to me on an Easter Sunday some years ago. I appreciate their service.

Terrible company, will never give them business again. Slow to deliver, will hang up on you if you call to ask about your delivery.

Called and asked for next day delivery because I was very low, they brought it the same day!!!!

They have always taken care of me to an extent. I asked for them to help me with a gauge and they said they could not help with that. I was ok with that. I was in desperate need for oil and called the number, but voicemail was full. You cannot reach someone ever for emergency unless it’s during normal business hours. If I did that in my business people would die. Right now it means with a bad gauge they refused to help fix pipes can burst. Totally disappointing considering they are not ashamed to take all my money. They are a rip off and totally disloyal to their long time consumers

While attempting to get a delivery from my normal heating oil company, they were extremely rude and disrespectful! I had seen a FB post a few days ago about B&B and it was recommended by many people on the post, so i decided to give this business a call. A woman answered the phone and i explained i was not a current customer and we had not been paying attention to our oil level and had ran out of oil the night before. I asked if they were able to get a delivery out the same day, due to the current temp of about 36 degrees, and she stated that they didn't have any current drivers on a Saturday. She said was happy to call her manager and call around and see if she could get this to work. The wonderful woman on the phone had a very friendly and helpful attitude, and was respectful and a GREAT
