After many years of supporting this company they have completely dropped the ball. Took over a month to get a quote on a new oil tank. After reviewing the quote and deciding to continue supporting them I could not get a return call to schedule work. We left numerous messages and emails. No response. They are no longer our provider.

B&B has installed over 50 units for me. I have never been disappointed with their work quality or their ability to troubleshoot problems with older systems. Jason is my go to guy and I know he will get me taken care of quickly. He has made many a trip late in the evening to get my tenants up and going again. I definitely would recommend this company and in fact I have numerous times and have never heard a negative report after doing so.

We have been using B&B Mechanical for years. They have taken care of us around the clock! They helped with a hot water heater on Mother’s Day one year! They have done all the plumbing on a total of 4 bathroom renovations in the last few years. They have kept our heating and air running smooth, making repairs or replacements through the years. Recently I had recessed lighting installed and was impressed with how they installed it without leaving a lot of Sheetrock repair needed. Anything I have needed done from lighting to plumbing to HVAC they have been able to take care of with no problem. I love having a company I can trust and depend on and if I have an emergency, they respond quickly. I have recommended them to friends who have also been very pleased with superb service. We purchased a new HVAC system from B&B in 2017 – they did not install it properly (tankless hot water heater not piped correctly, upstairs unit not blowing hot). It took them 3 weeks to correct the issues and we are still finding more. They were unresponsive to my calls and unprofessional (tracking dirt in my home). Even though we are still under warranty, I do not trust them to attempt any repair work and will not have them in my home again.

I used B&B Mechanical last year to install heat/ac unit in my rental property. Have since used them in our home, very pleased, called and they were out that afternoon and had it fixed soon after. Definitely recommend!!
