B & B Plumbing and Heating

I got 3 quotes for a whole-house mini split heat pump system. B&B did the most thorough review and I had confidence in the system they specified. Their quote was the lowest of the 3. The representative was extremely responsive, I would get answers to my email questions late at night and early in the morning. They worked with me to place the equipment where I wanted it, the technicians were courteous and helpful and the installation looks good. B&B took care of all the paperwork for the rebate which I received promptly. However the wall units would make heat when they weren't supposed to which made rooms excessively hot, and B&B needed to engage the distributor to understand why. It turned out that different thermostats were necessary to prevent this, and to their credit B&B did not charg

B & B's people are terrific at all levels. They reviewed our heating system, and proposed a realistic solution (a new furnace and water heater). The project was started on time, problems were handled proficiently, and the job was finished on time. B & B was courteous, thorough and we paid the original estimate. It was a great experience.

This is my second time using B&B. Once again the technician was thorough and personable, explaining to me what he was doing and why as he did maintenance on my Navien tankless water heater. After a few negative experiences with other plumbing and cooling companies it is great to have found one that I trust. I can now confidently say that I have a plumber/HVAC company to anyone who might ask for a recommendation. Thank you again!

Great company! Service technicians were very knowledgeable and professional. Although I had a problem with my unit they had not seen before, they pulled out all the stops to get my unit operational as quickly as possible. Service Manager was very pleasant to work with. He always kept me updated with parts status, and when technicians would arrive. I will definitely be using them in all future plumbing and heating repairs! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
