I can't say enough great things about this company. Austin was extremely friendly, prompt and helpful. He went the extra mile to do some tree work that was hindering the ability to get their truck down my driveway to perform the work. He immediately located the tank, did the job and made me one happy customer. Tony in the office was also wonderful and communicated very well with me about planning services. Highly recommend this place for all your septic needs!

We suddenly had an issue with our septic system. I called B&B on the weekend and got in contact with Austin very easily. He squeezed me in on Monday. He assessed what needed to be done and went right to work. And it did not cost an arm and a leg. We are very satisfied. In sum, they are excellent at communicating and servicing septic systems.

Was able to get me scheduled quick for a first time service. Contacted them via email and they responded super quick and were great to communicate with. I needed my tank pumped and a new lid. They were able to replace the lid and pump the tank no problem. Did a great job, amazing customer service, and all around great friendly people. They seem to actually appreciate your business, something that's hard to find these days, especially around here. Highly recommend and they'll have my business in the future!
