The owner of Brazil plumbing replaced one of my toilets with a new toilet from Home Depot. We agreed on a date which eventually got put off for a week. The company did not bother to call me to let me know they were not going to be able to make the appointment. The owner agreed to remove the old toilet from my property. The old toilet is still sitting in my backyard three weeks later. Even though the company was paid in full as soon as the new toilet was installed, they are refusing to remove the old toilet which still sits in my backyard.

I called Brian to see if he could repair my kitchen shutoff valves under the sink. He was able to come out with an hour and was on time. Brian did a great job with the repair and made sure everything was working perfectly. I will recommend B. Brazil Plumbing to everyone.
