I noticed that my receptacle was not working when my phone would not charge before my work. It left me more stressed than it was supposed to. The electricians appeared promptly and repaired in a short time and told us what had gone wrong. Again, thank you so much or your help!.

I was unsure about adding protection near the kitchen sink but the GFCI installation team was patient, explained safety benefits, and installed it carefully I’m relieved now the kitchen is safe and fully functional nice work

I called B&C Electric because a JEA employee highly recommended them and said they do great work. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude. I’m not sure if it was a language barrier or something else, but when I tried explaining that I was referred to them, she kept interrupting me asking, “Okay, what do you want our technician to do?” I told her I have a bad meter jaw. She asked for my ZIP code, and when I said 32216, she told me they don’t have an electrician servicing that area and immediately hung up. I called back twice, and she hung up on me both times. Very unprofessional experience. I expected better, especially after being referred by JEA.

Replaced frequent lightbulb blowout issue Thursday evening. Checked wiring, replaced bulbs, and explained everything. Excellent service.

I called yesterday about a light installation, expecting to wait a while, but they sent someone the same day! The electrician completed everything in under an hour, and the price was great. Couldn’t be happier!
