Tom has twice made an emergency visit to my house- once on a Super Bowl Sunday, my furnace quit working on the middle of the night and the temp in the house was 50° when I woke up. The second time, again in the cold weather, my thermostat died so again no heat, and Tom was at my house expeditiously. Tom is so convivial, knowledgeable about his business, you couldn't ask for better. Just call, leave a message, and yes sports fans, he will get back to you and take care of your job.

Tom is great! We were without heat on a very cold day, and he responded to our initial phone message promptly and scheduled us ASAP. He accurately diagnosed the problem on the first visit, ordered necessary parts the same day, and came to install them when he received them the day after next. The repair totally solved the problem. Tom did some parts cleaning to avoid future problems. He left no mess, observed Covid protocols, explained everything, and was a pleasure to deal with. We couldn't be happier with his service.
