B C Pump Sales & Services

Called BC Pump today to inquire about fixing a small compressor. Was "greeted" by a woman who clearly couldn't care less about customer service. I dared to ask her about how long a repair might take, a ballpark: day, week, month? Got the most rude, snippy answer in return. Maybe she was having a bad day. Or maybe she is just an unhappy, nasty person. I'll never know. Just wanted to let her know her attitude caused me to look elsewhere for service. Which I found, fronted by a woman who was extremely helpful on the phone, and was able to answer the same question about what to expect in terms of turnaround. Is that too much to ask?

Many years ago in the beginning of my career, Ed sold me an Air Compressor and became my main resource to lean on for pump related repairs. BC Pump always has served me well and treated me as their #1 customer, even though I was most likely the smallest customer. Service is 5 star 🌟 and I will continue to use and recommend BC Pump.
