Had B&C drill a new well and provide me interim improvements until we start our home construction. Went very smooth and as expected. They've provided great customer service in making sure the well meets our needs, including post installation questions and needs I've had. Thank you Mike, Darla, and team.

Mike and his crew worked with us 4 yrs ago and did a smooth and efficient install of a new pump. When we need help over Christmas B&C came out and repeated there great service.

B & C Well Drilling installed the well on our property for the initial owners so when we needed some help of course we contacted them first. For the first contact we needed some additional information regarding our well so my husband stopped into their office to introduce himself and to speak with them. The woman at the desk was not helpful nor was she at all friendly. The second time, two days ago, we lost all of our water. I called the office number twice, leaving messages and clearly stating my name and phone number. I asked them to please call back as soon as possible because we had no water and we have an occupied apartment on the property. No one has bothered to contact us back.

Being totally ignorant of well, this was the first call I made, looking for a company to shock my well and seal it correctly after failing a state quality report. Marsha answered the phone explained the processes to me and although her business did not offer the service I needed she helped walk me through what was needed and gave me some recommendations
