B Cool Contracting

We are so lucky to have an HVAC company like B Cool in our area. Brad found a pinhole leak that caused our system to shut down. The knowledge this man and his team have of their job is amazing. B Cool has been our choice for AC needs for 5+ years now. His techs Jacob and Ryan replaced the coil and got us cool again. They were courteous and did a great job. The company scheduled the appointment for after noon. We got a text message that they had finished a job and were heading our way. Appreciated the good communication. I was also pleased to learn they service the New Roads area and told a friend who was seeking a reliable HVAC professional over there.

B Cool has been our contractor for over a year now. Brad and his team strive for excellence every day with honesty and integrity. Brad took care of venting our gas stove hood properly, our bathroom fans out the roof instead of into the attic, and replaced duct work in about half our house last year. We continue to use B Cool for system maintenance and look forward to awesome service from B Cool in the future.

We are first time customers. We are very pleased with the two technicians, Brad and Cade. They diagnosed the issue quickly and had to replace a capacitor. We felt very comfortable with them. We are changing our HVAC needs to B Cool Contracting. We give them an A+.

Brad and team are always so professional and timely. Brad is a master of his craft. While addressing our concerns, he always educates us on the problem, causes, preventive measures, etc. I highly recommend this company without hesitation.

Unfortunately, a new blower motor was required, so I was without AC, while the part came in, but they brought me a small window unit for the meantime, which did help. They came back as soon as it arrived and got me back up an running. Great service.
