We have used Rainbow International for years at our multi family properties. Their technicians are trained and very responsive. They do quality work. The entire team conduct themselves professionally and are great/easy to work with. We have even needed them for an after hours water extractions that was handled promptly. When asked, Rainbow is the company I refer friends and family to. You will not be disappointed!

This is one great company. Their customer service is the best I've seen and experienced. In our situation we had to use them when our basement flooded. In a situation like that, they understand what you are going through. I would recommend them to anybody and everybody. I can't say enough good things about them. One of the things I appreciated the most was when my wife had questions and concerns, they were able to use their years of experience to answer all of her questions and to help her feel much better about the situation. I have seen them at my neighbors houses before and at all hours including the middle of the night. In my case, they came out on a Saturday. My basement flooded Friday and with their help, I could use my basement again by Saturday evening. Talk about fast. Thanks guys

They did a great job on our apartment, confirmed and reconfirmed appointment time, and were in and out in no time! My husband forgot to show me the awesome swag they gave us! Will definitely use them for my future carpet cleaning needs!

We recently moved into an apartment where the previous owner had a pet. While the apartment was clean, the odor of "wet dog" was in the bedroom carpet. Rainbow International Restoration and Carpet Care came out and cleaned and deodorized the carpet. They were called for service late one afternoon and they were there the following day...great customer service! The cleaning did the trick, and they left us with a clean and GREAT smelling carpet. They also left some great swag for us as well...a BONUS!! Prompt professional service; we would definitely use them again!
