Because of B&D’s great communication and prompt, expert service I asked for a bid on (with a response the same day) and then hired them to do some major work replacing all my toilets as well as very old water heater, water softener, iron filter and reverse osmosis systems. We've used B&D Plumbing numerous times for both plumbing and HVAC related items. This week, we had our furnace stop working. Mike came out right away to diagnosed it and gave us options to fix it or replace it. We were not pressured one way or another, and the estimates were very reasonable considering the work that was needed. After consideration and the age of our existing furnace, we decided to move forward with the replacement. We also asked to replace the water heater at the same time since we were starting to experience issues with it and it's nearly 15 years old. From my initial engagement, to the service being completed, it was prompt and efficient. My builder (new 2 yr old home) never completed the install of my humidifier but B&D was able to resolve the issue and get me quickly setup and running properly.
