B-Dry System-Cleveland

B-Dry did some waterproofing back in ‘81. Needed an additional 20’ done that had some water issues during heavy rains. The 2 guys were very efficient in getting the work done in about 4-5 hours. They were able to tie into the ‘81 piping. Let the cement dry for 4 days before they came back and helped move the W&D and tub back.

It’s been 3 years since our water proofing install. Always wondered why only one side emptied water. Thinking it was just how my house sat thought nothing of it . Then I decided to do my own exploration pushed a flashlight on a string and was totally shocked to see it blocked with stones and mud. Looking at the holes there are no way stones would get through it enless they we’re already there I rain water on that side only to have it back fill and go the other way. Update: in the heat of the matter you get mad. But b-dry came out fixed what was wrong pretty quickly I very happy with the out come. Wish they were able to do the other plumbing I had to have done. B-dry is the best and they stand behind the warranty and fixed for free. Thanks guys.

In 2007 we had a partial basement water proofing. It is all we needed at the time. Since 2008, 18 years, we have been paying for a warranty replacement for the sump pump. For the last 6 months all phone calls and email have been completely ignored to come out and honor that warranty. thats $950 down the tube.

They were a pleasure to deal with. Simple proposals without the dog & pony show other contractors put on Proposals are more than competitive without all of the upsells and gimmicks. I am a representative of an owner who has several rental properties in cleveland. We have used B-Dry in at least four of those properties, and up until this last issue we have been happy with them. They serviced a property and installed an entire basement system this past winter. About 6 weeks ago, the new paneling that we had installed in the basement started to mildew. We removed the paneling and found moisture on the wall behind the paneling. They had installed FRP only 12 in up all the way around the basement. In the one corner, the wall was wet up to in excess of 4 ft and should have had FRP all the way up.
