From the start (Keith and his expertise of floor joists and foundation construction of old houses), to finish (Kyle and applications to correct issues while keeping how end product was going to function and look), I am so pleased with the outcome and appreciate your team for taking my job serious and correcting the issues in a straightforward, effective manner. From sales to job done it was a nice job done. Kept us informed on the details of the job and what was really needed. Professional quality workmanship on our basement area that was found to be source of leak. Did not try to convince to do unnecessary work that would cost several housands. Would recommend to anyone as there are not many basement pros like this in the business. Worth the wait to get the job done.

From step 1 to completion, both Troy and Brian have been super awesome, excellent work done. If a need ever arises will definitely give them a call.

B-dry of Louisville was very professional. The first day they came there was miscommunication about needing the machinery to dig and the wrong size well had been ordered (to no fault of the team that came). HOWEVER, the team that was here worked very hard to continue the job and they personally dug it out when they could have chose to reschedule and placed the temporary well so as not to leave an unfinished job. The remainder of the project was rescheduled asap once the correct well was ordered and it looks great. Everyone was very nice and helpful. We would highly recommend B-dry!

We had an Amazing experience from beginning to end with B - Dry . Keith was our inspector and he was very friendly and helpful as we’ve had an underlying issue with our basement leaking . He made the entire process smooth with all my questions and he had answered every single one of them! The workers were extremely knowledgeable and nice when It came to the work they put in they found an issue that we didn’t know of and fixed it as well . I’m so glad we chose B - dry to water proof are basement!! The formen was very respectful and professional. There work was very neat and they cleaned everything up like new. I would definitely recommend B-dry for all your waterproofing needs ☺️ we are very happy customers .
