Been having water trickling down my basement walls and started calling around at places that showed up on Google and recommendations from friend. Middle of December 2023, I called B-dry and they had Chris come out a few days later. Walked him through the problems with my basement leaking and how I needed an egress window installed and replace the other 6 windows that were single pane windows. Talked to me about what options I had and what needed to be done, drew up an proposal for me and got back got back to me pretty quickly on the total cost. At no time did I feel like I was pressured into the sale. Called a couple other places but none of them felt like the right place. B-Dry encapsulated my crawl space which was no easy task. James originally came out to give the quote which was very reasonable. He explained what was worth doing and did not try to upsell anything. The crawl space is very shallow, and the entryway makes every contractor laugh when they see it. Another contractor wouldn't even tackle the job due to the crawl space being too shallow. They wanted to go through the floor. B-Dry, however, took on the challenge and did a very good job. They saved me money and finished at the original quoted price.

Exceptional quality and service! BDry gave us a realistic estimate for what we needed to do on our crawlspace and foundation. They scheduled and finished the job within a few weeks of our initial meeting. Their process is thorough without destroying your entire yard. They communicated clearly along the way. Would recommend them to anyone .

I recently had my crawlspace encapsulated in my new home. Once all the rain started, I noticed an awful smell coming up from it. These guys had to crawl on their knees and bellies to do their jobs, which I couldn't do in a million years. They were on time( early even), explained what they were doing, and finished by projected date. Very hard workers!! The office manager, Laura, was a dream to work with too! And for almost half the price of someone else!!

B-Dry recently completed 6 wall anchors and an I-Beam in our basement. They were professional, courteous, and cleaned up afterward. Really couldn't have done a better job, and well earned kudos to the hard-workers doing the dirty work! Would recommend anyone use them for your basement needs!
