Updating this review 12/20/2023. The previous review below said I would visit again soon and I did! This time I purchased a 5 piece sectional with console. I am deeply and sincerely satisfied for the following reasons 1) I simply love it 2) the expertise the store associate (Leah) provided. We walked the floors back and forth until I felt satisfied and comfortable with moving forward on what I thought was the best fit for my family room. I did not feel forced, pressured or perceived as a bother like hurry up already! The end result is a happy and satisfied customer. They even happily delivered to Louisville! My parents shopped this family owned business many years ago and I can see why? The professionalism and kindnesses are beyond measure and the quality of furnishings speaks volum

Do not buy furniture from them they told me it was new and it looked good so I believed them. Come to find out after getting it home and raising pillows etc. I found out it had been used. They charge people to take their old furniture to clean that up and resale it to make profit again. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THEIR SERVICE FOR THIS 3000 DOLLARS FOR SOMEONE ELSE'S MESS.

Love these guys. Best lazboy prices we've found . Just bought a new recliner for much less than the lexington ky store. The staff will work hard to get you the best deal.

There is absolutely nothing that compares to a FAMILY owned & operated business. Billy and Mark have helped us get a custom sectional and chair for our living room, a dining room table, and mattress. No matter what our furniture needs in the future B&E will forever have our business and trust. Thank you. 100% Completely Satisfied.

We enjoyed our visit to B&E today. What a nice selection of furniture, nicely displayed. Beautiful colors and textures. Billy was very helpful and clear. I will be back soon.
