They put an emphasis on joy. For the 2nd time this week I was awoken before 8am with cackling and howling of laughter. I hate to be that person to complain about others happiness but its only Tuesday and I'm assuming this is going to be happening all week.

Left my lawn with gigantic bald spots. I inform them that my grass was zoysia grass, and they were to come back to plant the zoysia but never returned. I gave spoken to them about the problem several times and still nothing has been done. BGE has been no help nothing.

Awful customer relations, poor work quality, left my yard a mess. BGE needs to do a better job at screening their sub contractors. STAY AWAY FROM B FRANK JOY AT ALL COSTS.

They left me without hot water for 2 weeks and counting very unacceptable 😤 been contacting them every day say they coming wait no show... Im home from work bout 4 -4:30 to resolve I should not be expected to take off work for something that wasn't checked b4 yall left!!! PEROID

I called the number that they have displayed and it directs you to another number... I then call the number that it directs me to, to no avail. And someone left a explicit voicemail cursing etc!!!!! So unprofessional 💯
