Brandon came over to repair a switch to the AC blower or air handler this summer and charged $200 for the initial diagnostic visit. Then after a number of weeks he finally installed the part and charged $450 for a something that costs about $100 online. There seems to be an issue with the wiring and now the blower just runs continuously. He does not respond to calls or messaging.

Brandon has always arrived and responded at any hour I needed assistance which has been quite a few times in this past year unfortunately , but thankfully he has always been able to Diagnose the issues… most recently with our boiler and even a leak in our ceiling during late hours of the night. One of the problems even occurred on Christmas Eve and he came right away, he explained all repair options, and completed the job efficiently, leaving everything clean and tidy. I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. I would highly recommend this HVAC company to anyone! This is definitely the most honest and reliable company you could choose. I couldn’t be more grateful to have come across them.

this would be a zero star if there was an option for it . Terrible customer service ! made us wait all weekend with no water just to bail on us on monday ! also told us the water tank cost $1600.00 when i called the company myself it was actually $1074.00. Very shady !

Throughout the process of working with Brandon, he was responsive, professional and thorough in his assessment of the issue with our heating system. We ended up installing a new boiler and hot water heater. The installation process was smooth, but when we encountered a problem a couple of days later (no fault of Brandon’s - a part on the new system failed), Brandon came to our house on Christmas Eve to resolve the issue. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and we will definitely be using Brandon in the future, as well as recommending him to others.

We used Brandon last year to replace and installed new water heater, and recently to replace some valves and installed new w/d. He identified and fixed the problem and gave us some great suggestions for our system going forward. He’s very knowledgeable, professional, on time and reasonable. We’ll definitely recommend his service.
