For this business to still be in business, I know they don't treat their customers or potential customers the way they treated me. I call and requested for someone to come out and give me an estimate. Frank answered and came over that same day that evening; I'm thinking this is a great business. When frank got there and saw that the job was not as big as he hoped he started giving me all these bogus excuses of why he might not be able to do the job. After more conversation, Frank revealed he knew what type of floor I had to replace the damage pieces and even later said they kept it in stock. It was only 6 to 7 pieces that needed replacing but he kept saying he didn't know how bad the damages were until they get into and even still they might not be able to fix it and the Job could cost bet

My wife and I recently moved from out of state to Stonewall, LA on 1 Sep 15. I am a retired Air Force member with 29 years of service. We purchase and moved into our new home in the Stonewall, LA area on 21 Sep. The builder of my home used B&J (owner Frank Niette) as a subcontractor to install the floor in my home. I informed my builder doing our inspection that there were large gaps in some of the wood panels. B&J floor came out to repair the panels. They were very unprofessional, they used a saw to initially cut the wood before chipping it out. They did not bring a vacuum cleaner nor attempt to place plastic around the area where they did the repairs. Needlessly to say there was dust all over the place. My final mistake was to ask B&J (the owner about removing some scuff marks

This company B&J Flooring will come into your home, damage/break furniture you have; will not file on their insurance for the damage/breakage; and will not replace your furniture with the same furniture you had. They will replace the damage/breakage will a less inferior item. They use not their employees but sub-contract out to a company that does not speak English. They did not respect the elderly home owner and treated her as if she does not matter what they do in her home. She had no say in the matter of replacement of the damaged item back into her home; B&J Floor company gave her what they wanted her to have and not what she originally had in her home. Best flooring company in the ArkLaTex hands down, salesmen are quick to respond to estimate and the installers sent to us (Darren and James) are the best I've ever seen with next level quality and attention to detail and very respectful and courteous as well. All in all 10/10 will reccomend and use again and again!

Frank was our salesman, he was great! Robert and Sol did our floors and did an excellent job! We are very happy with the service and how the floors turned out! We highly recommend B&J Floors!
