B&J fixed our A/C after another contractor claimed we needed a completely new unit. The guys stayed late on a Friday night to get us going. Highly recommend.

Constant problems with this company. I called them in because the drains from an area in my business was overflowing and not draining. They came in, tried to fix it and said everything looked normal so they came back at a scheduled time. Did a whole bunch of nothing and said it WAS draining, it was just “draining slow” and left my business. Sent me a bill for $746 (for a problem that wasn’t fixed)and I’m still having to clean up overflows during rush hours so my workers don’t slip and get hurt. Safe to say, definitely do NOT recommend this company. Very disappointed with their services.

So we had an electrical problem over winter where half of our home’s outlets stopped working. This summer before it got hot we had a crew come out and they replaced new wiring and got us connected. Then out goes our AC just as it gets hot. Long story short, we went through 3 companies (1 being the original installer of said unit decades before we moved in and happened to be the guy) all who basically looked at it, no touching, and quoted labor prices that they’d need just to look at it. 1 already had a show up fee. 2 quoted outlandish prices to simply replace unit. Had 1 acquaintance change out 4 parts very reasonably priced but still not working. We then got a referral and he came and looked at it, but since we have a 23 year old unit the labels were faded or peeled off. He couldn’t do an

They do the work for my apartment complex and while I’ve never had to pay for the work myself, the customer service has been AMAZING. Both of the men who came out to my apartment on two separate work orders were efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. One of the men even got down on the floor and played with my dog while waiting for my AC to run to make sure it was fixed correctly!

They go above and beyond what is needed. Came out to help with main sewer line issues on multiple occasions and typically after 9pm. Always friendly, always prompt and kept me updated when running behind or on their way. I would recommend B&J for ANY potential repairs or jobs you may need!
