I would not know about B and K's work but I will say your drivers'? Are terrible. Twice today, I have come across two separate vans driving through town here in Port Charlotte. First one , he was texting and driving, changing lanes with no signal, speeding, weaving in and out of traffic very dangerously. Then, just now as I am coming up to the light to turn onto Harborview Rd.; the light is green and this B and K van slows down and basically break checks me as we are going through the turn. Then proceeded to brake check me again( I watched him in his side mirror look back at me then proceed to act like jackass)Why? Why are your drivers driving so crazily? I am leaving this plumbing company a one star review because clearly they do not care about the quality of their service. My aunt who is elderly and in a wheelchair had a problem with her water heater they sent somebody out to come and fix it. they took the old water heater out without it being covered drug it through her house, ruined her floors and her porch. One of the workers tried to get the mess and rust off the porch when the tank was rolled down it but unfortunately there are still stains there. Then they left the bathroom a complete mess. He socked up water with a bathmat, a white one my Dianne and left it on the counter. My aunt has a bad back and many other medical issues and does not have the ability to clean up that bathroom. She had to pay to have somebody come out and scrub

We had service today and I couldn't be more satisfied. A shower head snapped off behind the wall. He was able to do the repair without having to remove any tiles. He was polite, professional and fast and the charge was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.

Had an issue with a cracked pipe in the ceiling. Brian came out and move quickly to repair it. Need to cut the drywall, drain the water do the tap. He never stop moving. It was like And orchestrated event. Chatted with him he cares about his family his company very much it instilled within me a belief and the younger generation, don’t hesitate give these people a call. Just do it.

The WORST absolute bottom of the barrel garbage. These crooks sent an UNLICENSED plumber to replace my toilet. Next day, my wooden floorboards would squelch water from under my feet. Water everywhere. It stunk. Hired a Facebook plumber to tell us what was wrong. Turns out, he used to work for B & K and quit for how bad they treated him. He recognized the plumbers name when we told him and told me he was UNLICENSED. Had to replace my floorboards, people. TO TOP IT ALL OFF when we refused to pay for their damages, they put a lein on the house. See you in court. ****ALWAYS ASK FOR IDS OR LICENSES FROM YOUR PLUMBERS. MAKE SURE THEY ARE LEGALLY AND PROFESSIONALLY COMPETENT TO WORK ON YOUR HOME.
