My entire house was recently plumbed by this company. Everything seemed to go well until I moved in 2 weeks ago. First flush and the kitchen water was trickling out. Phoned my contractor who in turn contacted this company. My contractor advised me that he was told to put a bigger switch on my well.(rather than come out himself) With approximately 3 days of raised pressure we started to find leaks. I advised my contractor again. He came out at 8pm to address the problem. (second time the plumber refused to come out) The plumber advised that it must be the faucet and not the lines and he didn’t stand behind the faucet.
