Sales guys was a fill in. Extremely nice. We went in on a Friday , I guess it was the owner that wasn’t in , was told she would call us Monday . Well it’s be almost a month now, and no call. They must not need the business. Don’t waste your time going. Oh well my money spend everywhere. Not a good way to run a business in a small town .

We were very happy with the whole process. From the help we received picking carpet out to the installation. The 2 young men who installed the carpet were very professional. They worked efficiently to get the job done. And did a beautiful job of laying the carpet. Looks flawless.

Here's our story. In April, 2014 we picked out laminate flooring for the dining room, living room and hallway, plus vinyl flooring for the kitchen and then different vinyl flooring for two bathrooms and carpeting for 3 bedrooms. We also needed new underlayment under the laminate and vinyl floors. B&M came when they said they would and they did a great job in four days. We spent about $8500.00. We did not do the master bath at that time and held onto the small piece of vinyl flooring to finish that job. At one point a few years after we had the installation done we phoned about an small issue with our laminate flooring and they seemed reluctant to talk to us. It is now June, 2018 and we've tried for almost 4 weeks to set up an appointment to have them lay this small bathroom floor, with n
