Quinton Mincey completed our regularly scheduled grease trap pumping/cleaning today. During his visit, he encountered an unexpected obstacle—another company performing exterior work had completely covered the manholes with dirt. Despite this, Quinton went above and beyond expectations by digging out the manholes himself in order to complete the job. His dedication, problem-solving, and commitment to ensuring the service was finished properly are greatly appreciated.
