B&R Telephone provided installation and service for our phone system, cables and phone connection jacks, we couldn't be more pleased. Communication and quality work from office staff/ owner and techs has been more than satisfactory and not to mention the cost for the service and system very reasonable. We have phones installed and B&R set them up. We were having issues getting them to program with call forwarding and actually accepting the program. After multiple attempts following the instructions from online, I called them and they said they had a tech in the area and they would do a courtesy call at no charge to help us get the phones programmed. Tech shows up and uses totally different codes in the phone than what's in the manuals to do what we had been trying. He tells us the programming books are "junk" and takes a few minutes to finish. Next day I get a bill for $185. Called and spoke the same person I spoke to the first time, who is apparently half owner and she tells me the tech said he had to do work and that's why we are getting billed. We pride ourselves in getting to know our customers, being there for our customers and taking care of their communication needs. So, this is why they continue coming back to us. We do provide fair pricing and give many customers courtesy visits for training, etc. (they know this is true) This "place" is not a joke, we have been in business for over 32 years. "This is "No Joke."

This place is a joke: please look for service and employment elsewhere. The wife has several issues especially with providing customer service and discriminating against others. BBB and EEOC should definitely have a look into how they do business and treat people. If there was a negative rating, they deserve it.

B and R couldn't keep their phone system working and refused to service it while it was under warranty. They had to be dragged to court before they would work on their system. In court they repeatedly lied under oath but still lost their case. I'm sorry we ever signed their contract. Never again.
