Dishonest business. Had a leaking water heater under warranty. The water heater manufacturer advised it was 100% under warranty and pointed me to this company . This company said due to low supply due to the pandemic, since it was a warranty replacement they would have to upcharge me $200 even though the manufacturer was covering the unit 100% and they had units available. If I would buy one from them non-warranty they would not upcharge me. Sounds like price gouging during a crisis to me. I instead contacted a plumbing company who uses them as a supplier and they refused to sell to them saying the original contractor that installed the unit never paid them and then went out of business. They would again sell me a new unit for $2000 if I wanted. How is their business with a contrac

I have been to the Westminster location and had no problems, everyone was helpful. Went to the finkburg location and the guys behind the desk were awful. Won't be going back.

All personnel work in the counters in the computers are experts in their field when you come in for a problem they know how to solve it for you and what materials to sell you not just any materials they just throw off into your face they make sure you are satisfied with the things you buy at their store satisfactory of materials are top-notch no junk I would highly recommend using this facility for your plumbing needs all the facility people that work in there are very kind and considerate
