AC unit stopped cooling so we looked through all the paperwork for our home and found this company's info. We called and explained our issues. They had guys come out and they couldn't find the problem. Ms. Barbara didn't take that lightly and sent out more guys to give everything a fresh look. In the end they had inspected the unit from the roota to the toota, inside and outside, opened a wall, you name it and they did it. Finally a small leak was found, a new part was ordered, and we had the part replacemented. Now the unit works great. Ms. Barbara went above and beyond to contact the builder and make sure their guys fixed the wall as well.

I am in a new build in Nicole Place in Horn Lake Mississippi built by Lowe's construction and my house is 15 months old I had 3 service calls under my warranty now that the year warranty is up guess what my upstairs unit not cooling as effective as it should I called...not one but two heating and air companies to diagnose the problem both are telling me there's an issue with the metering system and had to get blower adjust because it's was out of specs on unit that's not even two years old...one company did not want to fully remove a part to ac because quote ( I don't know what the heck those guys but you need to get them back here and demand they fix the issue) B&W Air does not care about quality but the quantity of its customer because it's all about the dollar with them and start giving

I was advised to contact this company from my builders in my subdivision after my A/C unit was going out. I had only been in my house for two years. I spoke to the owner, Ms. Barbara that was super friendly that explained everything to me. She sent her technicians out the very next day. I had anticipated paying for the services, but Mrs. Barbara did not charge me anything. I am super appreciative and grateful 🙏🏾. I will continue to use them for future services and recommending them. We love B&W Air! Been using them for years and they have not once done us wrong, overcharged or tried to swindle us like a lot of these other companies. Shout out to Amber in the office for always being lovely and her amazing technicians!

After being told by one company that I needed a new compressor for my downstairs unit and needed to replace the total system due to its age, I called B & W Air, Inc. for a second opinion and quote. B&W came out when expected, confirmed the issue, and gave me a very competitive price for the A/C and furnace replacement. B&W removed the old unit and installed the new perfectly, taking great care throughout the whole process.
