B&W saved me over $13,000 on an HVAC system replacement! My furnace wasn't maintaing heat properly so I called another compay out for a diagnostic inspection. They claimed I had a cracked heat exchanger and needed to have both the furnace and AC units replaced and quoted a price of nearly $13,500. I decided to get a couple of other quotes before moving forward. Company #2 came out and gave a (much better) quote but did not inspect the equipment to ensure that it needed replacing. I then called B&W to explain the situation and see if they could provide a quote. Elizabeth immediately said that something didn't sound up to par. She said they'd never leave a furnace running with a cracked heat exchanger due to leaking carbon monoxide. She had her team come out within a couple of hours

Unfortunately during this cold snap, my furnace wasn't putting air out properly, so I called B&W. I initially called on a Sunday and spoke to Josh, and he helped me think through asking them to make an emergency after- hours visit, or wait until the next day. He could've pushed me to put in an emergency ticket to make extra money, but he didn't. A tech came on Monday (in less than an hour!), actually listened to my observations, and checked the entirety of the furnace. Turns out, it was a fairly inexpensive fix! His supervisor also came over, checked things out, and agreed. Again, these men could've pushed me to spend more as I'm no HVAC tech, but they didn't. They also gave me some tips on how to make things a bit more efficient! The kindness each employee showed me did not go unnoticed

I called B and W at 8 am and they were at my home within 30 minutes. Professional and kind. Discussed in detail my issues, solutions, and cost. I had to go to work and my sister took over. They updated her every step of the way and most importantly they loved my dog. Honest, hard workers. I was having a terrible day and they put my mind at ease. Hallelujah.

Had HVAC unit installed 10 years ago by these guys and have them service it twice a year. I’ve had two emergencies (both covered by warranty) in which they immediately responded. Always very professional and the best value in terms of cost of service. I have friends that use them also and they are very happy with them. 10/10 experience all the way around.

Mr. Joshua Wise was very perfessional, genuine, well mannered, very imaginative, polite, nice , considerate, thoughtful, respectful, highly intelligent, highly intuitive person in his profession. in my opinion the company is lucky to have him working for them. I would recommend him to anyone needing a professional. He's a no nonsense man and a no nonsense man that throughly investigates the whole problem to fix it right the first time. u would be lucky to have him to do repairs in your home! thanks.
