B & W Roofing and Gutters

Our property management company hired B&W to assess the cause of leaking windows in our townhome. Rather than inspect our roof with drone images or physically going up on it, B&W charged our HOA to nail an ugly piece of aluminum to our roof. They did not properly seal the many, many new holes they punched in our shingles and the leak got worse. Some of the punctures were not sealed at all. They also cracked our siding and failed to seal it properly and fixed with one random nail they didn’t even bother to paint over. If you want a contractor that would rather rip you off and ruin your roof than try to diagnose your issue, hire B&W. Excellent company to work with. Needed repairs two separate times for leaks due to another roofing company's poor workmanship. B&W was super in taking care of repairing leaks. Great job and no problems. Everyone from office staff to roofing repair provided great service.
