Just had a new septic system installed by Brandon and his team at B2. It's rare when you can say a contractor did that better than I could have done it myself. I watched Brandon and Gary work and was surprised to see the time and effort taken to ensure quality. I don't look for the cheapest bid on a job. I look for the best quality for the best price. B2 offers both. I'll definitely use them again and recommend them for your next project.

SAVED THE DAY!!! I contacted B2 Septic Pumping this morning with my urgent need with septic service. Brandon communicated to Gary promptly.my dilema and they fit me in to their already busy schedule for the day. Keeping me posted on the ETA. Once he arrived he assessed the situation, explained everything in detail (something the original installers never took the time to do) and in addition, explained more about the sprinkler system and timer as well and encouraged me to ask questions if I had anymore. This company does not only have professional, knowledgeable staff members, they have compassionate, honest, employees, which are hard to find these days. I truly am grateful I contacted them over all others.Got our septic system cleaned out and up and running again. Decently priced as well.

Gary was awesome, came out and helped my wife and I learn more about our system and what to do and not to do. Being new to septic systems he was very informative and even helped me figure out what the issue was with our lift station. Will 100% be using them again in the future for any septic needs.
