B2B Moving Company

Please read this before you book this company. We hired them for a full move from Ohio to Virginia (packing, storage, delivery. Unpacking few stuff). Nothing went as promised. Movers showed up unaware they were supposed to pack, had no boxes, ran out of tape, and packed items improperly. Despite warnings, they used a truck that was too small and left an entire U-Haul worth of our belongings behind. They charged $1,200 for unloading that never happened (our items sat in the truck for 3 days). When we questioned the nearly $10,000 bill, we were threatened that our belongings would not be delivered unless we paid. Peyton, Marquel, Dan, and Josh did a fabulous job, arrived on time, very professional, and were very careful with our furniture. Polite and courteous were two outstanding attributes. I HIGHLY recommend this company and crew. They went out of their way to make sure we were completely satisfied.

Peyton, Trevor, and Clayton were our saviors! We are so grateful! They were respectful and made sure we were happy with where and how things were moved. And, my 7 year old made new best friends (thanks for entertaining her guys)! We will absolutely use B2B next time we have to move and will recommend them to anyone we can! Highly recommend!

Jakob, Josh and Lincoln did a great job moving us. Very professional and courteous. The packers the day before also did great. Will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

I have been using their storage services for a year and a half. On 12/9 I received an email with no information saying I needed to move my storage items out ASAP. After multiple attempts at phone calls, I finally spoke to someone who then told me the best way to communicate was via email to set up collection of my storage items. After over a week of multiple emails I still have not heard from anyone. I sure hope our storage items are there and in good shape to pick up today. Have been very displeased with how this has been handled. Update-I received a response after posting this, interesting. Am I able to pick up my items today 12/27? Is someone there to let us retrieve them?
