My project was straightforward. I have nine white vinyl windows that I wanted to transform into flat black. I knew that if they were not done correctly, it would be more costly to maintain vs. purchasing new windows that are factory painted. I have a good understanding of the painting process, and these guys did a decent job. We did run into an issue with the crew painting my trim the wrong color, but after a few heated conversations, we were able to agree on a path forward. I guess at the end, you get what you pay for. Overall communication needs improvement, and punctuality is a weakness for them. I do see some potential here, but I will not be a repeat customer.
