I’d give these guys 10 stars if I could. Three other companies came out to provide quotes to replace my faltering AC unit. Each of those companies told me that I should replace my furnace at the same time (even though we’d had no issues with the furnace itself). One of the companies who provided a quote was the installer who works with the two big box home improvement stores. I regrettably gave in to their high pressure tactics and agreed to a full system replacement for $12,500 to be installed the next day. Enter Babcock Brothers. They were supposed to come give me a quote on the day of my scheduled install from the big box stores’ contractor and thankfully I was able to delay the install. Casey still came out for the quote and told me that not only did my furnace not need replacing, but

Babcock brothers were the best priced by far and were on time, fast and professional. Our AC didn’t work the best last year so we thought it was time to have it serviced by a professional. Travis found a small leak and repaired it. Already our unit is blowing 12 degrees colder than before he fixed it. We couldn’t be happier with them results!

I recently lost my heater and knew given the age and problem that it was too expensive to repair and expect to last. I decided to replace the system knowing that day was coming soon but was trying to get it to Spring. This was a few days before a major freeze was coming. Casey and Travis did not try to take advantage of me or the situation and came back with a really fair price that I researched thoroughly to verify. They also had to take care of a repair of the line set, but they didn't charge me more for it. This isn't the first time I have used these guys and won't be the last. They are really good guys. Give them a call, you won't regret it!

Travis showed up to fix a problem after hours and it took him no time at all to get out heat back up and running with a temp fix. Came back the next day with a permanent fix and all is well since. I mentioned that humidifier was not working. He trouble shot that as well and provided a recommendation. We orders the new part and he came back and installed the new humidifier in 30 minutes. We now have a permanent HVAC company that is reliable. I have been recommending Babcock Brothers to the neighborhood.

Babcock Brothers came out today to fix our A/C. They were quick to respond and kept us updated on their arrival. They inspected our unit, gave us feedback, problem solved. They were excellent. I highly recommend this business!
